So What is Weboobie? Weboobie founded by Masoom Tulsiani is a blog demoing the myths of the web 2.0 world.
Weboobie in other words is a portal to discover how the web technology is changing, from HTML to DHTML, ASP.net to PHP 5, API to AJAX.
I always wanted to make a community around web 2.0 and this was only possible if i had a personal domain name. So I went ahead and parked one.
Some people ask me why web 2.0? And I am surprised that they think it does not exist. We are actually unaware that we are making use of so many cutting edge technologies in our day to day life. Using Facebook to stay connected to our friends, Digg and del.icio.us for Social Bookmarking, Twitter as a shout box, Youtube for our daily dose of meta videos, ebay to shop online and paypal to pay our online transactions.
The next few weeks will tell me exactly how my web 2.0 site shapes up.
